Do you have goals that you really want to accomplish but don’t find yourself making progress? Maybe you’re not sure what to do next. If your goal is one that has no external deadline, it can be challenging to stay on track and to set aside time to work on it. Too often, projects that are important, but not urgent, are relegated to your “spare time,” as if you have any of that mythical stuff!

With Get It Done! coaching you will:

  • Create a compelling, clear vision of your organized life
  • How to achieve goals that are do-able and also inspiring
  • Make a plan and always know what to do next to work the plan
  • Overcome obstacles and problems and stay on track

What you get:

Clarity: Hearing yourself talk to me and answering my obvious-seeming questions helps you clarify what you’re about. When your plans are all in your head, it’s easy to be vague and unformed. I will get you to be clear and specific.

Feedback: I ask questions to uncover what’s getting in your way. Sometimes people don’t follow through with enough questions to get to the real, solve-able problem. Sometimes they get stuck and don’t know what the next question is. Hint: it’s often an obvious one.

Focus: Spending just 15 minutes together means that you get good at cutting to the chase, not getting stuck in excuses or stories and stay focused on your goals.

Accountability: When you are accountable to someone, you have extra motivation to do what you said you would. Also helps overcome procrastination.

How it works:

We have an initial quarter hour conversation about what you want to get done. You can have one project or many. A detailed plan isn’t necessary, but you should know what your goals are and why you want to accomplish them. Together, we identify what specific steps you’ll take to achieve those goals.

You call me once a week at a pre-arranged time, same time every week. We’ll spend 15 minutes talking about what your tasks for the previous week were and what you accomplished. We celebrate what you did, troubleshoot what didn’t get done and discuss obstacles and options. Based on that, you tell me your plan for the week to come, including specific action steps and when you have reserved the time to work on them. Note: if you feel like you need more time than this, email me and I’ll cook up a custom coaching program for you.

Get On Board:

Option 1: One month of 4 weekly sessions, 15 minutes each, is $97.

Option 2: Two months of 8 weekly sessions, 15 minutes each, is $175. That’s $20 off the monthly price.

Option 3: Three months of 12 weekly sessions, 15 minutes each, is $250. That’s $40 off the monthly price.
